The Key Technology of the National High-Tech Research and Development Major Program

This paper gives a short review of the main idea and product system of National high-tech research and development major program of China''863©-The key technology about on-demand rapid processing of multi-scale remote sensing data and generation of quantitative remote sensing products .
The national 863 major program-The key technology about on-demand rapid processing of multi-scale remote sensing data and generation of quantitative remote sensing products is committed to conquer the key technology of high-precision quantitative inversion with multi-source remote sensing collaboration and multi-scale quantitative remote sensing products generation. The program aims to establish the standards of global epicontinental comprehensive observation quantitative remote sensing product technology system; set up the prototype system of on-demand rapid processing of multi-scale remote sensing data and quantitative remote sensing products generation; Preliminary form the multi-scale global epicontinental comprehensive observation quantitative remote sensing product generation ability.
In order to achieve this goal the research group has investigated the remote sensing application needs of global monitoring, and drew up the product generation system of comprehensive quantitative remote sensing products services and operation platform(CQRSPSOP) special quantitative remote sensing production system(SQRSPS) generic quantitative remote sensing production system (GQRSPS),and satellite networking collaborative observation and data sharing service system(SNCODSS).
CQRSPSOP provides the online service to their users, collects users' demands interactively, analyzes users' needs into related tasks, and assigned to the other three systems. The CQRSPSOP also dispatchs calculation and storage resources according to the needs, provides the platform support for the global quantitative remote sensing production.
SQRSPS aims to produce the special quantitative remote sensing products for application domain or industry sector. SQRSPS acquires the task from CQRSPSOP. After analyzing and decomposing the task, the SQRSPS submits the generic quantitative remote sensing production task to GQRSPS while the data acquisition task to SNCODSS. In support of thematic model and professional knowledge, the SQRSPS is also responsible for the production of the special quantitative remote sensing products using the returned generic and basic quantitative remote sensing products.
GQRSPS produces the generic quantitative remote sensing production not depending on the specific remote sensor. The GQRSPS receives the task from SQRSPS. After analyzing and decomposing the task, the GQRSPS submits the data acquisition and production task to CQRSPSOP. The GQRSPS is also responsible for the returned normalized and standardized basic quantitative remote sensing products or raw data. GQRSPS produces the generic quantitative remote sensing production with multi-source remote sensing collaboration, assimilation and validation.
CQRSPSOP receives the task from GQRSPS. After analyzing and decomposing the task, CQRSPSOP dispatches data and satellite networking operation task in the data center to acquire data that meet the quantitative remote sensing production need. CQRSPSOP also normalizes and standardizes the multi-source data in order to produce the basic quantitative remote sensing production.
